The interview process was quite enjoyable, with a primary focus on assessing cultural fit. There were also some challenging technical questions involved. The process consisted of four rounds: an initial HR screening, a discussion about motivations with the hiring manager, a technical interview, and a competency-based interview.

The process started with reviewing my CV and cover letter. Then I had a first interview which included a presentation about my projects. After that, there was a group task where we had 4 hours to solve a case study. The specifics of the case depended on the stream I chose. We also had to present our conclusions and recommendations to the assessors. I didn't proceed further, but I know there's a final round of interviews.

It was a bit of a mess, honestly. Started with a culture fit part, then a take-home task. I actually got faulty instructions about how long my presentation should be for that. After that, I had to do an IQ test and a personality test. The vibe felt a bit confrontational, especially when they asked me about why I didn't do well on a part of the IQ test and if I'm diplomatic. Right after that rough patch, they brought up salary expectations. Felt pretty stingy.
