Graduate Programme
The hiring process was quite extensive, spanning from November 2024 to February 2025. It comprised four distinct stages. Initially, there was an interview to gauge my enthusiasm for the company and the specific Graduate Programme. Following that, a group exercise was conducted to evaluate my collaboration and communication abilities. Next, a behavioral interview delved into my past workplace conduct and my strategies for managing conflict. Finally, a concluding interview assessed my personal values, my perceived strengths and weaknesses, and what drives me on a day-to-day basis in a work setting.

Operations Graduate Program
So, first I had a 50 min face-to-face with an HR person. If I passed that, I got to speak with a Senior Manager from the Market Access Department, which seems to be where they need people in Russia. The HR chat was basic stuff about me, my weak and strong points, how I heard about NN, why I'm interested in them, and a business school project. The Senior Manager was more focused on my motivations: why pharma, why NN specifically, why this program, and why Market Access. Sadly, I didn't make it to the Assessment Center. I guess it was because I was still figuring out what Market Access really entails at NN and couldn't give a super specific answer. Honestly, the NN website doesn't give much info, just that the program is about Project Management, finance, and sales. My advice? Figure out what Market Access actually is for NN beforehand, it'll probably help a lot.
- What is your understanding of ethics?
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What are your greatest weaknesses?
Graduate Program
It was a long and time-consuming process, lasting about 4 months from application to the final offer. After applying online, the first step was an initial screening. If I passed that, I had to take some online tests covering attitude, analytical skills, and language proficiency. Next, there was a 1:1 interview with a recruiter. Passing that led to an invitation to the regional office for the final stage, which was a group session with other candidates. In the group session, we introduced ourselves, discussed our backgrounds and past work experiences, and then worked on and presented a business case to the HR recruiters. Two candidates were selected from this. Finally, if selected, there was an interview with the country manager.
