The process involved about 2 to 3 interviews. It started with a screening call from an external HR. The first interview was a technical one with the manager and an employee. The final round was an HR interview, which included an online personality test taken beforehand. During this final meeting, they also discuss salary, which might be less than expected, as it was in my case, leading me to decline the offer.

So after they reviewed my CV and cover letter, I had a phone interview. It was about 25 minutes long and split into two parts. First, the recruiter confirmed some logistics, like if I could move to the area and my start date. Then, the recruiter went over the offer details and asked me to explain what I understood. After that, they asked some typical interview questions, such as asking why I was interested in Novo Nordisk and the pharmaceutical industry.

The whole thing took like 2+ months. The onsite itself was pretty good, had great chats with the team, got hands-on with the product, and felt like it was a good match. But honestly, it felt like a total waste of time. They never seemed to have any real intention of hiring me, just putting on a show. Definitely wouldn't recommend wasting your time here.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • I was asked a lot of questions about hardware, software, and integration.
  • There were also some I2C bus questions.
  • They also asked detailed questions about my previous experience.
