Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was pretty straightforward. It started with a recruiter chat and then moved on to virtual interviews with the direct supervisors. The recruiter was my main point of contact and was really helpful. After that, there was a second round of virtual interviews with a more senior leader. All the managers seemed to really like their jobs and spoke positively about the opportunities there. They made the roles and responsibilities sound really clear, which made me feel more engaged.

I had a 15-minute initial interview in May 2025. They said I'd hear back in two weeks but it took them over a month, not getting back to me until June 2025 to say they'd gone with other candidates. The interview itself was friendly and easy, but the delay in communication after they missed their own deadline really soured the experience for me.

I talked with the Clinical Nutrition Manager, a Supervisor, and another Clinical Dietitian. They asked me some questions about my background from my resume, and also what I would do in a couple of patient scenarios. After that, I had to write a chart note for a made-up patient.
