Behavioral Technical

The interview process is pretty basic. It starts with scheduling, then a behavioral and technical interview with the manager. It's a mix of both, they check your culture fit and ask about your skills. For this position, they asked about my knowledge of Microsoft Suite Apps, which is easy to study.

Behavioral Technical

It was pretty quick but not too fast. It involved 2-3 people asking questions, and while some were challenging, it was also a friendly chat. It felt competitive, especially for internal folks. They were professional and gave me time to think about tough questions, letting me skip them and come back if I needed to. They also gave good feedback on my interviewing.

Behavioral Presentation

The interviewers were not prepared and didn't review my resume, even admitting it. They expected me to explain the role based on links they sent. They didn't explain what they were looking for in a coordinator, which felt unprofessional and disorganized compared to my other interviews. It was an online interview and they insisted on seeing me on video, but didn't allow me to see them, which I pointed out. They didn't seem to value my extensive experience in social work, making me feel my years of service and sacrifice were undervalued by the proposed supervisors. I never heard back from them after they said I would.
