First, I had an on-campus 1:1 with someone from the finance department. After that, an HR manager gave me a call for a phone interview. Then came the interview day, which had 5 interviews with different managers and directors, plus a VP of finance. On that day, I also had to do an Excel test, including things like vlookups and sumifs. The managers and directors would talk about their IT systems, and you were supposed to remember some of that stuff to tell the next person you met.

Behavioral Technical Case

The first official interview was a virtual panel with 4 people. They asked me to walk through my resume, explain why I applied, and what sparked my interest in the position. They also inquired about my Excel abilities and concluded with a 20-minute Excel test. This interview was quite lengthy, lasting over two hours. The subsequent interview was with higher-ups and VP, Dav. The whole process was smooth, and the employees were really nice, kind, and easygoing.

Behavioral Technical

The interview was two hours long on zoom, and it was split into three parts. The last part was an excel test. The recruiter I spoke with on the phone was supposed to tell me about it, but they didn't. Luckily, I saw it on Glassdoor, so I already knew. It took twenty minutes. They asked me about my interest in the role, told me about the 12-week training program, and more about the team. It seemed like a very intense program and they were looking for a very specific candidate.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you tell me why you want to work here?
