I talked with 5 people from the team. They all asked me to summarize my work experience. Everyone was really nice and answered my questions. They also happily shared their own work experience.

After applying, I got an email from the recruiter asking if I was still interested. The next day, we discussed interview times, and I confirmed my availability. The recruiter mentioned she'd call to finalize the time and place after forwarding my resume to the hiring manager, but I never got that call. Then, the recruiter emailed me the night before my interview at 7:30 PM, telling me I had an interview the next morning. It was super last minute. When I got there, I was told to wait with two other candidates. We waited almost 45 minutes before someone told us the hiring managers were still arriving. They showed up about 20 minutes later, didn't greet us, and seemed rushed, like they were just told about the interviews. After waiting an hour for them and another hour to be seen, my interview started two hours after my scheduled time. It felt really rushed, and I got the impression they just wanted to finish up and go back to what they were doing, and didn't really intend to have a formal interview or see how my skills fit the job. I was completely put off by the whole experience.

The interview process was great and very thorough, and it moved pretty quickly. I felt really comfortable the whole time. It was a "speed dating" kind of format where I had short interviews with several hiring managers in the same room. I hadn't experienced that before, but it was quite fast and felt smooth. They were all managers from different offices who needed someone for their team.
