I applied online and then the recruiter got back to me the next day. We scheduled a call that went really well, and the recruiter said I'd hear back in about a week. I waited 2 weeks and then followed up by email, but got no response. Then, 6 weeks later, there was still silence, even though the recruiter had bragged that all candidates would be notified either way about moving forward.

The interview process has 4 rounds. After an initial HR screening, the first round was scheduled. The interviewer joined late and after only 10 minutes concluded the interview, asking if I had any questions. It felt like it was just an introduction and a quick review of my experience. Given my extensive experience in e-commerce, I'm puzzled by the quick judgment. It seems like they might have already chosen someone and this interview was just a formality. It was a waste of my time and energy, and based on this experience, I've decided not to refer anyone or apply to Nike in the future. It was a very disappointing experience, not what I expected from a company of this caliber.

So for the sales position at Nike, they really wanna see if you got the sales skills and if you're a good fit with the company vibe. First, HR or the store manager looks at your resume and past work to sort out who they wanna talk to. Then, you'll have your first interview, either in person or online, with a manager or operations lead. They'll chat about Nike and the job, then ask you about your background. They're keen on your customer service experience, if you can be a team player, and if you're genuinely into sports and the Nike brand.

We started with a group interview with about 10 other people. We did some game-like tasks together in groups and watched a presentation about working at Nike. Then, I had a second, individual interview with the head of the department. They asked about my personal experiences and interest in the role. A part of this interview also involved showing I had researched the brand, like knowing about its different parts.
