The recruiters were responsive and prompt throughout the communication. The conversations were authentic and transparent as well. Interviewers were friendly but professional. All things considered, it was a smooth process overall.

The interview process was really efficient and the people were friendly. I applied online and heard back from a recruiter a few weeks later. They wanted to do a 30-minute phone interview to ask some basic interview questions and a couple of behavioral ones. After that, I had a 45-minute interview with some Marketing higher-ups. They asked behavioral, technical marketing, and Nike-related questions. The whole thing took about 2 weeks.

I used some business connections to interview from the top and trickle down that would be most suited to me. Not the standard procedure but it allowed to to see if I would fit in anywhere at the time. From what I saw, they wanted you to have a exact vision of what you wanted to be doing at Nike and have the experience to back it up plus more. They view working at Nike as a privilege and its a very competitive atmosphere to get these jobs.
