Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at NIKE.
Sales Assistant
First, there was a quick 10-minute phone chat where they asked about my experience and if I had any personal connection to Nike, and why I wanted to work there. Then, I was invited to a group interview. We were split into 3 groups and had to do two 8-minute activities, like styling an outfit or designing a product, and then present them. Finally, there were one-on-one interviews where they asked about my favorite Nike product, something I've done in the last year that I'm proud of, and what Nike means to me.
- Tell me about your favorite Nike product. What connection do you have to Nike?
- What's one thing you've done in the last year that has inspired you?
Sales Lead
The interview process was terrible. They interviewed me and told me I was hired, but then never responded back. I tried reaching out multiple times, but they still didn't get back to me.
- When can you start?
- What is your availability to begin work?
Sales
The interview process was lengthy, involving multiple interview stages. It began with a phone call, followed by a group interview, and concluded with a one-on-one meeting with the hiring manager. Overall, it was a solid experience.
- Can you share about a challenging period in your life?
