Behavioral Technical Presentation

There were 5 rounds in total. It started with an HR call over the phone, followed by interviews with three managers and a Senior Director. Overall, it felt relaxed and was handled very well. The process felt a bit lengthy due to the number of rounds, but it provided plenty of chances to stand out because the competition was high.

Applied online. Went through the phone screening process, interviewed in person. HR said my skills were a great fit and I fit well with the Nike culture. But when I arrived for the interview it was clear that was not the case. Don't fall for the Nike diversity marketing campaign. In their technology division "diversity" means you are a 30 year old white or Asian male. If you don't fit those descriptions suddenly they decide you are "not the right fit" for the job despite being fully qualified. Women are nearly non-existent in the group. I got the distinct feeling my presence was so they could check mark a box that their interview process was "diverse," but they had no intention of hiring actually diverse people. They had no intention of hiring diverse people.
