Behavioral Technical Presentation

The teams were respectful and friendly. I went through 7 interviews (not including the recruiter screen) and didn't get an offer. I later saw the job posted on LinkedIn. The hiring manager acknowledged the time investment, which was nice, but I think the screening could have been more efficient upfront to avoid so many interviews with the leadership team, especially given the outcome. The number of interviews felt excessive.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process involved some rather uninspiring discussions with the interviewers. It felt like they were just going through a predetermined list of questions. There wasn't much enthusiasm or warmth, which was a bit disappointing given my high regard for the company. One interviewer's response to a culture-related question was quite unfriendly, implying that such aspects don't impact immediate job performance. Follow-ups weren't prompt; you have to be proactive in reaching out, and it can take up to two weeks to hear back.

Had a phone interview with a recruiter to see if I was a good fit for the job. Then had an in-person interview with the store manager. It was about an hour long. It was a formal interview but it felt more like a chat and they made me feel really comfortable.
