Demand Generation Manager
A Nielsen headhunter reached out and we had a good initial screening call. Then I chatted with the hiring manager, who was fantastic and a real highlight. They were sharp, personable, and inspiring. The final stage involved meeting with the team and working through case study style questions. This was the toughest part, assessing problem-solving skills in real-time, but it gave me a clear idea of the job expectations. Overall, it was a positive experience with a well-structured process. The hiring manager really made a strong impression. My tip for others: be ready for practical, scenario-based questions in the last round.

The interview process was a complete waste of time. I went through two interviews, one with HR and another with a team leader, which I found quite unprofessional. While everything seemed to go well, the next step involved a 3-part task to be completed over Christmas, which was to be evaluated in a final interview. I spent a lot of hours on this task. The HR manager initially ignored my email with the attached work for a week and then said they would contact me the next day. Another week passed, and I received an automated email without any feedback stating that my application would not be progressing. It was a complete show of disrespect for the candidate and their time. The role and company didn't even seem appealing; I was just a bit desperate. I wouldn't suggest applying to this company.

Software Engineer
The technical questions asked were pretty standard for a first-round interview. However, the interviewer was really discouraging and unprofessional. When I wasn't sure about some answers, she kept saying things like 'oh my god' and raising her voice instead of helping me or just moving on. It made the whole situation super uncomfortable and messed with my thinking. I feel like interviews should be about testing skills respectfully, especially for people starting their careers. That wasn't my experience, though. I hope future candidates get a better, more professional vibe.

Data Scientist
I got a recruiter call in September and the interview process was super fast, finishing all 3 rounds in just 3 days. The first round was technical, covering general ML/DL algorithms for 30 mins, then 3 SQL and 2 Python coding questions for another 30 mins. The next day, I had a project-focused round with the senior manager. The day after that, I met with the Director for a mixed bag of project and technical questions. The interviewer let me know I got the job the very next day.
