It started with a stats test, kind of threw me off with the numbers, no clear breakdown, felt like they were testing how I handle pressure, not enough time to finish everything so had to guess what was most important. Then a quick chat about my resume with the recruiter.

It started with a phone call where they asked me why I was looking to leave my current role and my reasons for applying to their company. Following that, I had an online assessment to complete. Soon after, I had my first in-person interview with three managers. They asked general questions about my motivation for leaving my old job and joining them, and also inquired about my previous work experience and how I could contribute value to their organization. This initial part felt general and went pretty well. The HR person then informed me that the interview was great and there wouldn't be a second interview, and that they would update me on the outcome. A few days later, they contacted me to invite me for a second round of interviews with the director, which included many technical questions relevant to the position.

I sent my CV to the HR Manager, who then passed it to another HR person. I was invited for a test within 5 days. The test was quite simple, mainly focusing on numbers and logical reasoning. The final section involved writing a formal letter to a company about a delayed report delivery, without being able to mention the reasons for the delay. This writing part is crucial, so prepare to craft a well-written formal letter with an apology. Overall, it was a good experience with professional and friendly HR staff.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • What were your thoughts on the test?
  • Can you elaborate on the test, particularly the numerical and logical aspects?
  • Tell me more about the writing portion, especially the task of composing a letter about a delayed report and the constraint of not specifying the reasons.
