& Process

The interview process kicked off with a prescreen phone call. Following that, there was a 1-hour in-person meeting with the HR manager where they asked some behavioral questions. After the HR meeting, I had to complete a written test with 10 questions/case studies. The final round was a meeting with senior managers from the team.

First, I filled out the online form, which asked about my experience, education, and salary expectations. Then, HR called me. The conversation was nice, and we even spoke a little English. The questions were pretty standard: why I want to work at Nielsen, my strengths and weaknesses, how I envision the job, etc. After that, I had an appointment at the office with the department manager and HR. I also had to answer some case study questions or find solutions to customer issues. I'm still waiting for the final feedback.

First, there was a phone screen with some normal questions and one situational question about marketing a product. Then, I had a Skype interview with three people. They asked questions similar to the phone screen, plus some short case study questions. The last interview was a full day at the Nielsen offices, with over five interviews, mostly asking the same questions. This day also included a skills test and a lunch with a Q&A panel.
