So I had this interview for a full stack role. First, there was a take-home test with some coding challenges in different languages, and also a few questions about personality. Then, I had a meeting with some Engineers to go over my answers. They seemed happy with how I did, and the next day, HR called with a verbal offer. I tried to negotiate a bit higher salary, and they said they'd think about it. After that, I got ghosted for a month, and finally received a rejection (the actual interview part was super fast, like 3-4 days total).

Back in 2018, I went through NCR's interview process for their rotational program. It involved four interviews back-to-back, each lasting about 30 minutes, with different people from the company. We mostly talked about my resume, my previous internship work, and what kind of roles I was looking for as I finished up my senior year of college. They seemed keen on seeing how I'd fit with the company's vibe and if I could handle a fast-paced setting. It was pretty competitive, but also pretty cool, especially since the program was really growing then.

the hiring process was pretty straightforward, and everyone I met was pleasant. However, I felt that communication from the HR department was lacking, as their emails were slow. Since I had other job offers, I couldn't afford to wait around for them. I ended up having to contact them myself to confirm the process was still active and to make sure I was included in updates. It was quite challenging to stay informed and get information.

It was a really good interview process. First, they checked my language skills. Then, there was an HR interview, followed by a technical interview with my future Team Lead and Supervisor. After that, I had to complete a written technical test where I had to choose solutions for possible problems and give my opinion on others.
