the hiring process was pretty straightforward, and everyone I met was pleasant. However, I felt that communication from the HR department was lacking, as their emails were slow. Since I had other job offers, I couldn't afford to wait around for them. I ended up having to contact them myself to confirm the process was still active and to make sure I was included in updates. It was quite challenging to stay informed and get information.

The interview process started with a call from HR, who was nice and set up the next interviews. Then, I had a round with someone from the US. They were also nice and asked me about how I dealt with tough client situations, how I fixed them, and what I thought about the job and expectations. The third interview was with someone from the UK who asked some really interesting and serious questions about customer support. Overall, the conversations were good. The only bad thing was they never let me know if I got the job, not by email or phone. For a customer support role, you'd think responding would be a top priority.

Applied on July 07, 2011 and got an email for a phone interview. The recruiter asked about my previous jobs. Two weeks later, I got a call to set up a phone interview with the hiring manager. She said I'd hear back on Friday, but I actually got another call on Tuesday to schedule a face-to-face interview. I interviewed on Monday and got the offer on Tuesday. Now I'm just waiting for the background and drug test results.
