It was a one-hour meeting on Microsoft Teams with two interviewers. One started, and the other took over halfway through. It wasn't super hard but you need to be ready because it's an hour long, so any gaps in your prep might show up. The interviewers were nice and seemed to really care about the conversation. Overall, a great experience.

There were 3 interviews in total. The first was a phone call with HR in English, asking typical questions. The second stage involved a one-hour technical test (covering programming, SQL, etc.) followed by technical questions from the PS manager and a senior SP. The third stage was a brief interview with the Country Manager. The whole process was pretty straightforward with standard questions. They seemed to be looking for enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

I had a referral and went through 2 interviews, one of which was a live business case. I never received any feedback, positive or negative, which was quite disrespectful and doesn't inspire confidence in their people management skills, especially for those who might get an offer.
