So for NCR's Business Analyst role, first they review your application. Then you have an initial phone chat with HR, followed by a call with the TM / TL. After that, there's a skills assessment and then behavioral and technical interviews. You'll also do a case study or project. The last step is a final interview with senior management, and then hopefully a job offer.

So I originally applied for a different role, but it wasn't a fit, and they referred me to an IT Analyst position. I had two rounds of interviews. First, a phone call with the hiring manager and another team member. Then, the second round was with the senior IT Director, another IT Director, and a team member. A few days later, the hiring manager called me with some questions. Then the recruiter contacted me and said I got the job and they were working on an offer. After waiting 2-3 weeks with no updates, I finally got in touch with the recruiter. Apparently, there was a miscommunication between the hiring manager and his boss about the start date and the department's budget, so they rescinded the offer. It was frustrating because I turned down another job offer to accept theirs, as NCR was my top choice. It took them almost a month to tell me this, which I found very unprofessional. The recruiter felt bad and offered to help me find another position and get back to me in a week. It's been over a month, and I haven't heard back despite sending 3-4 emails and making two phone calls. If they didn't intend to follow through, the recruiter shouldn't have offered to help.

Applied through the campus website and was invited for an interview on campus. It was a pretty standard interview with some general questions. Since I was still a student and didn't have a lot of work experience yet, the recruiter focused on broader questions. I got the offer about a month after the interview. The whole process took a bit longer than some other companies, but it was a good experience overall. The recruiter was nice, and the offer was fair.
