I applied online and then had a call with HR. After that, I had a Teams meeting with the hiring manager where we talked about my background, what I'm looking for, the job duties, when I can start, what's next, the timeline, pay, the company vibe, and some feedback.

It was an easy process. I was contacted directly by the hiring manager. I interviewed with a coworker and the hiring manager for about an hour. They asked standard questions. There was some discussion about relocation, but it wasn't clear. I wasn't invited for the next interview due to a salary discrepancy.

When I arrived, I was greeted by a very friendly lady. I was asked to wait a moment while they found the interviewer. They even had Halloween candy out even though it's September! The man who met me was nice and full of energy. He was very personable, and it felt like a casual chat with someone I didn't know. He shared his career progression within the company, starting from an entry-level position. It was very inspiring. I'm still awaiting a callback, but I'm eager to join the team.

Went through 3 interviews: first with the hiring manager, second with the Head of Business Change (a stakeholder for the role I applied for), and third with a People Partner. After these 3 interviews, I got an email from the recruitment business partner saying I got the role, but unfortunately, there was no offer because of an organizational change that led to the hiring for the post being frozen and eventually closed.
