I applied online and a few days later they sent me a link to complete some psychometric reasoning tests. I tried to practice for them but still couldn't finish them in the allotted time. I really didn't like that they used those tests for interviewing candidates. It took them months to get back to me, but I already had a gut feeling I didn't pass.
