So first you'll do like a basic test on Excel and English, then there's gonna be like one or two face-to-face rounds. It really just depends on your level and what the job needs, but yeah, sometimes there's a second round, it's not too hard.

We started with an initial HR screening to discuss your experience, qualifications, and previous processes and responsibilities. Then there was an online aptitude assessment with three parts: the first had 15 questions in 15 minutes covering logical reasoning, verbal communication, and math; the second involved writing a paragraph of at least 150 words for a given question; and the third part was corporate behavioral questions. Round 3 was a virtual video interview on MS Teams with a manager for general questions. Round 4 was with the reporting manager. Finally, Round 5 was with HR for salary negotiation and the appointment letter.
