I was invited for a Skype interview with two consultants, each interview lasting 30 minutes. Before that, I had to do an aptitude and behavioural test. The invitation said it would be case + fit interviews, but I doubted that 30 mins would be enough for both. The process wasn't like what was on the website, so I wasn't sure what to expect. On the day, one interviewer couldn't get Skype working, so it turned into a phone call, which was unprofessional, especially since he was almost 10 minutes late. His questions were unstructured; I couldn't tell if it was a fit or case interview. For example, during my experience discussion, he asked 'what were the arguments to establish MMC,' and expected a case-style answer with three reasons A, B, C, and a deep dive. The second interviewer also had trouble with Skype video, making it another phone interview. Both interviewers seemed amateurish. The second interviewer's questions were purely fit-based. I didn't move forward, but I wouldn't have wanted to anyway because of the unprofessionalism and messed-up process.

The whole process took about two months to get to the final discussion. It started with a general aptitude test that everyone had to take, no matter the role. After that, there was an HR chat and then a technical interview. I didn't hear back from HR for about a month. Then, they set up what they called a final discussion. I ended up waiting for two hours, and the person interviewing me was actually filling in for the recruiting manager. The conversation itself went well, and most of the questions were about my Project Management background. Things seemed good, and they even confirmed my start date. But then, two days later, I got an email saying I didn't pass the discussion. Honestly, the recruiting team didn't seem very professional in giving feedback or properly vetting candidates.

Behavioral Case Technical

The interview process was pretty fast and went smoothly. It started with two online tests, one assessing personality and another being an IQ-like test, similar to the Wonderlic. After that, I had my first interview over Skype, which included both behavioral and case study questions and lasted about an hour. The second round was an in-person interview after they flew me in. In this round, I met with three people, including someone from HR. Everyone was really nice. Unfortunately, I didn't get through the second round, but they gave me good feedback on areas for improvement. They were quick with the results, usually within a week, and in my case, it was about 2-3 business days.
