It was an easy process. I was contacted directly by the hiring manager. I interviewed with a coworker and the hiring manager for about an hour. They asked standard questions. There was some discussion about relocation, but it wasn't clear. I wasn't invited for the next interview due to a salary discrepancy.

I applied on the company's website, having already completed a Predictive Indicator test for a prior Maersk application. Within hours, I received an email for an online questionnaire. It had two pages: the first asked me to select checkboxes for how others perceive me (e.g., passionate, hard-working), and the second for self-perception. The next day, an HR screener conducted a 30-minute general interview and mentioned a potential face-to-face with the hiring manager. Another HR person then contacted me to schedule this meeting. I had the 30-minute in-person interview with the manager.
