It was a really unique interview and the conversations were super immersive. I really liked the modern interview style and the questions. There were 2 interviews that were well structured with questions that were well put together. The people made me feel comfortable and important!

Maersk Line had an interview for recent B.E/B.TECH graduates from 2012-2013. I didn't get hired, but the interview process was quite strange. They asked us to answer 50 logical aptitude questions in just 12 minutes, which I feel is impossible for anyone to do. Because of this, they likely missed out on good candidates like me. This issue prevented me from reaching the next round, which was a technical interview. I'm actually quite knowledgeable in technical subjects. The second interview round was a SQL language test. I'm also CCNA certified.

It was a multi-stage interview process. First, there was a 50-mark aptitude test in 12 minutes covering English grammar, logic, and math. Passing this was necessary for the next stage, which was a communication round where I had to write an essay of at least 50 words on any topic within 10 minutes. After that, the operations team lead interviewed me. This was followed by a full medical check-up, and if that cleared, I proceeded to the final round with HR for salary negotiation.
