First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at MAERSK.
Senior Analyst
3 Rounds for Master Management Communication plus technical round with team leads and technical round with manager and HR round. Overall decent experience medium difficulty. It takes around 1 month to one month 15 days to final offer letter HR or talent team will help to schedule rounds
- Can you tell me about yourself and your experience with parts domain, part creation, validation, and kaizens?
- What technical skills have you utilized for implementing kaizens?
Analyst
The process started with a phone call and an English test. Then, there was a Zoom call with the HR manager. She was very clear about the position and mentioned international opportunities. However, the benefits package isn't competitive for the oil and gas industry, so it didn't excite me.
- Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?
Technical Analyst
The interview process was a bit confusing. The first round had a personality and problem-solving test alongside a 30-minute technical phone interview. Then, after completing the problem-solving test again, there was a face-to-face HR interview that lasted 30 minutes, followed immediately by a one-hour technical interview. The coordination was poor, with different people contacting me for the HR interview versus the technical team. One person rejected me while another invited me, and I wasn't informed about the technical interview's timing beforehand, so it was a surprise after the HR chat.
- Can you explain why you applied for this role given your business analysis background instead of a technical analysis one?
- What is your expectation for a typical day in this position?
