Applied via job ad. Recruiter called. Had 3 online interviews with senior people: first manager, second business stakeholder, third HR. Took 2 months. Got an automatic rejection email a month later, with a link to their HR system, but no explanation.

The HR interview was successful. The HR representative was friendly and explained the core responsibilities of the position and the multi-stage interview process, which includes an HR interview, followed by panel interviews or group activities, and an individual interview. It's beneficial to conduct thorough research beforehand and demonstrate your enthusiasm.

I got interviewed by Maersk Singapore. Typically, there are three stages. First, an HR person reaches out, usually on WhatsApp. They might be based in Malaysia or Singapore and will set up a call to discuss your resume and ask some basic questions. If you make it past that, another HR contact will reach out via WhatsApp to schedule a second virtual interview with the Hiring Manager and another HR person. If you do well in the second round, the same or a different HR person will contact you for the final round with the Hiring Manager's Manager, a Senior HR person, or an HR Manager. This could be virtual or in-person, depending on what's arranged. I felt I answered well, but ultimately didn't get the offer. The first round took about 30 minutes, and the HR person was quite friendly. The second interview was scheduled for an hour, but before it started, the Hiring Manager mentioned they wanted to finish in 30 minutes because they didn't have many questions. This gave me the impression they might have already selected someone. I made it to the third round, but in the end, I was informed I wasn't selected. Overall, the interview questions were easy for me, but it really depends on whether the Hiring Manager likes you.
