First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Loggi.
Senior Accounting Analyst
I applied for the job on LinkedIn and the recruiter contacted me about 15 days later for an interview. We had a 1-hour chat over the phone and that same day I moved to the next stage. The next day I interviewed with the area leaders, where they analyzed some technical and some behavioral questions. The conversations were light and relaxed, making me feel comfortable throughout the process. After 8 days, I received confirmation that I was approved. The process was transparent, fast, and objective, without any unnecessary steps or tests. A solid 10 for Loggi's selection process.

Logistics Assistant
It was a very professional interview, I felt very comfortable discussing my experiences. The manager was very professional and made candidates feel at ease to express themselves. The atmosphere was light and included laughs to help everyone relax and not get nervous. I really enjoyed the interview and passing. I am grateful for this great opportunity in the field and will dedicate myself to Loggi.

Senior Software Developer
It happened years ago. I got feedback that they would schedule a technical interview. I didn't get a response, so I followed up, and they scheduled it. The interviewer for the technical interview showed up more than 10 minutes late and didn't follow through with anything. In the end, they saw I answered the question and asked me about the IDE I used.

Analista de Planejamento
O processo teve 3 etapas.
