It's a process with basically 4 steps: resume selection; online tests; a video interview; and the Conecta Day. The tests are about work style and reasoning, nothing too hard. The video interview is done from a pre-defined question and you need to be ready before starting, because the platform only does one test and then starts recording with a time limit and no chance to redo or check the recorded video. And finally, the Conecta Day is a day when the company and some employees are presented, each candidate has a little time to introduce themselves and, after that, a group case study is done, those approved in the case study have an interview on the same day with a leader from the area and a person from the People team.

It was a really quick and simple process, honestly the best internship recruitment I've ever been through. After I sent my resume for the job ad, I had to send a 2-minute video answering a question to the recruiting team, via WhatsApp. Once my video was approved, I got invited to the Conecta Day, which was the group activity day. During the dynamic, we had to solve a case as a group, and the candidates who passed that stage were then interviewed by the managers responsible for the openings. Just one day after talking to the manager, I got the approval notice. The whole thing didn't even take two weeks.
