The process was split into 3 interviews. The first was more focused on getting to know the company and for the company to have a first contact with me, and I believe, to understand my current situation/behavior. The second interview was more technical, focusing on the points I highlighted on my resume and delving into the problems I faced and the techniques I used. The last one was a case study where they presented me with a company problem and asked me how I would solve it.
- Tell me about your values and representation.
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
- What concepts mentioned on your resume do you use?

The initial stages were very quick: an HR call, followed by an interview with the responsible manager on the same day, and a cultural fit interview the next day. If you take too long to respond, it's over. They are attentive, but the feedback is a very dry email, with no specific reasons for not being selected. It seems like if the interviewer doesn't like you, you get rejected. But I believe they will improve this part of the selection.
- What are your non-negotiables in a work environment?
