Auxiliar de Logística
In the interview process, there are two interviews. The first is with someone from HR, who shows us step-by-step what needs to be done during the interview and about the company. The second interview is with the manager of the unit where we will be assigned, where we are guided on what is assigned to the logistics assistant role.
- What were your last three professional experiences?
- Why do you want to pursue a career in logistics?
Logistics Intern
The process was quite dynamic from the start, it included work fit assessment, reasoning, and the creation of a video up to 3 minutes. The video stage was very interesting, done via a platform that guided the process with 3 general practice questions. Then, there were 3 attempts to record the video before sending the best one. I really liked this style because I believe it standardizes the video, everyone records sitting down, using their computer or phone, in a simple and direct way. No editing or worries about backgrounds or outfits. Just you and your story. After passing this stage, the next ones were the group dynamics and the interview. Both on the same day, so no anxiety about the response, everything is fresh in your mind, and as soon as the dynamics end, you already know the outcome and can celebrate or move on with the experience. I left the dynamics for last, considering it the best part; it was a group challenge using real company data, which immediately allowed me to feel how well I fit the role.
- Can you tell us more about your background and how it relates to the field you've chosen?
- Why did you decide to pursue this particular area?
Auxiliar Logístico
The process was simple, but I'm sure they stall because of age. In the distribution center, there are only young people. It seems like they call people over 35, 40 for the interview just to appear diverse.
