First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Loggi.
Community Coordinator
We first connected on LinkedIn, and then had a phone call to go over more details about the role. After that, the interviews started on Google Meet. I went through five stages, with each video call lasting about an hour to an hour and a half. Except for the last one, the others focused on my professional background, asking about my successes and difficulties. The interviews were with coordinators and managers from the area I applied for. In each stage, I learned more about Loggi and future challenges. The final stage was about company culture, checking if my values aligned with what Loggi looks for and if the work environment I desired matched Loggi's priorities.
- Tell me about successful initiatives you've led in your career.
- What were some initiatives that didn't go as planned?
- What positive feedback have you received regarding your work and professional conduct?
Coordinator
The stages were very clear and objective. It was very evident what Loggi expects and what will be offered in the journey. Stage with the people team, with the financial manager, with the PM, CFO and a cultural chat (which was very interesting and unique in my knowledge of selection processes).
- What had I done wrong and what was my position regarding the problem.
Coordinator
The interview process was good, objective and focused on questions about my experience, leadership and team. From HR, I had all the support and direction regarding the stages and next steps.
- How do you track your team's activities?
