First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Loggi.
Sales Executive
The process was very humanized from the very first contact. Throughout the entire process, they were always very clear, objective, and we aligned expectations according to the company's current situation and my needs. The company truly has a very humanized culture, and the process is described on the company's website and follows exactly as described, they are very transparent. I believe my profile had synergy from the first contact until the job offer letter arrived, everything was very fast, simple, and objective.
- Why would you like to work at Loggi?
Sales Executive
First, there was a People interview via Hangouts, which was more about my current situation and who I am as a person. Then, I had an in-person interview with the Commercial team Manager, where we discussed the main challenges of the commercial area and what is expected of a salesperson at Loggi, checking if it would be a good fit for me. After that, an in-person interview with the Training Manager and Commercial BP, where they assessed my communication skills, how I would handle training, and if I'm open to following systematic processes for results control. Finally, an in-person cross-interview with someone from the technology team, focusing on culture and my views on different societal aspects (politics, diversity, etc.).
- In your opinion, should a salesperson be able to sell all of the company's products, or is it better to have specialized teams for different products?
- How significant do you believe a salesperson's engagement with Salesforce (CRM) is?
Senior Account Executive
I had 3 interviews. The first was with HR, more to understand my current situation and fit with the company. The recruiter said she would contact me by phone or email with good or bad news. The second interview was with the Area Manager. The day before, I received an email from the recruiter asking me to prepare a case. When I joined the interview, the Manager seemed lost and didn't even know what the case was about, but I presented it and continued with the interview. The same day, the recruiter called me and scheduled the last interview with the Area Director. The interview was scheduled, the director asked to reschedule because her schedule was full. She rescheduled for the next day. The Director had a very different profile from what the company promotes, she spoke with a tone of superiority and at times questioned why I didn't have Logistics experience (which should have been seen in the first interview or when reviewing my resume). She made dismissive faces when she saw that I had graduated in another area and kept harping on my lack of logistics experience. Finally, she said she had a meeting right after and needed to end the interview. Detestable attitude. It seems to me she just fell into the job and had more important things to resolve. Besides all that, I still haven't received a response from the recruiter who said she would send an email even if I didn't pass, which never happened.
- Why should I hire you?
