Behavioral Technical

It was a super unstructured interview with an HR person who knew very little about the role and the process of moving to Lisbon. A process that was for Lisbon but started with the disclaimer that the preference was for it to be for São Paulo because it was difficult to 'send professionals there.' Then, I only received an invitation (without further information) for another interview with a manager, but without any feedback. It just appeared on my agenda. On the day of the interview, I couldn't access the platform to do the interview, as it showed some technical problem. I sent an email to both the HR person and the manager to try to talk on another tool and no one responded. I found the process unprofessional, as even when I sent an email days later trying to understand what happened, no one responded.

Behavioral Technical Technical

It was a really long process, taking almost 8 weeks. The HR department rescheduled interviews multiple times. There were 4 stages: HR + Cultural Fit, Technical 1, Technical 2, and then another Cultural Fit. They don't provide feedback on future steps, and rejections come as an automated email. During the technical interviews, the GPMs were late, checked their watches and phones. They seem to strongly prefer candidates with very high academic backgrounds, showing displeasure towards those without. While HR attempts an inclusive policy, it's not reflected in the management and leadership, which are 99% composed of highly educated men. Only HR was pleasant.

A entrevista teve 4 etapas: 1.
