Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Loggi.
Data Analyst
The process was very interesting. First I had a chat with someone from Attraction & Selection. Very relaxed and comfortable stage. The second interview was with someone from the Engineering sector. In it, I had to talk a bit about the things I put on my resume. We talked about my history, complexity of tasks involved. I tried to relate what I was saying to Loggi's values. The last interview was with someone in a leadership position in Engineering. I was given a case, a company problem, and I had to talk a bit about how I would approach the problem. The focus of this last interview is more on seeing your problem-solving approach, not on definitively solving the problem. It should be clear that you understood the problem and which tools from your knowledge base you intend to use. Contact only happened after 1 month of the last interview. That's why I thought it hadn't worked out. One morning, the same person from Attraction & Selection who interviewed me called me on WhatsApp and Hangouts. Everything went well!
- Tell me about yourself, your strengths and weaknesses, and what values you share with the company.

The first interview was with HR and it was pretty easy. The interviewer was very polite and interested. A few days later, I got invited to a second interview, which was supposed to be a technical interview, done remotely. On the scheduled day and time, I accessed the link and waited for the interviewer. However, I waited for an hour and nobody showed up. I didn't receive any notice. I tried to contact HR, but they didn't reply either. Several days later, I received a generic and impersonal email just saying that the hiring process for the position had been suspended.
- Could you tell me about the biggest challenges you've faced in your previous work experiences?
Senior Data Analyst
The recruiter reached out on LinkedIn, detailing the job's benefits and description. We had an initial interview, and then she outlined the selection process. I advanced to the next stage, where I spoke with the manager, who discussed the area's challenges and mentioned a technical case study as the next step. I completed the case study, followed by two more rounds involving presenting the technical case and further discussions.
- Was your professional experience discussed?
