The interview process was really quick and easy. It involved one interview with the hiring team and then a final one with the manager of the team you would be joining. It was mostly behavioral questions, but you should be ready for some simple questions on the fundamentals of commercial insurance.

Everyone was very kind and nice. I would recommend everyone to go through the interview process's I really enjoyed meeting everyone. When connecting with a new family, I like to keep the interview process simple and thorough so we both feel confident moving forward. Typically, it looks like this: 1. Initial Call or Video Chat – A quick 15–20 minute conversation to introduce ourselves, learn about your family’s needs, and see if we might be a good fit. 2. In-Person Meeting – A chance for me to meet you and your children, answer questions, and give you a feel for my personality and caregiving style. 3. Trial Session (if helpful) – Some families like to schedule a short trial (2–3 hours) so the children can get comfortable and you can see me in

The interview process involved three main stages. First, there was an HR Phone Call for about 20-30 minutes to go over my resume, career goals, and salary expectations. Then, I had an Online Interview with a VP via video call, which lasted 45-60 minutes and covered my technical skills, experience, and behavioral questions. Finally, the Last Round was an onsite interview (could be in-person or virtual) with a VP and a Partner, which was a half-day or full-day event. This round included a technical deep dive or case study, cultural fit questions, strategic thinking discussions, and a partner interview focusing on long-term vision. Remember to research the company, practice questions, ask good questions, and dress professionally for the onsite.

A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn about a job. First, I had a phone screen, which was a casual chat. Then, I had a virtual meeting with the team lead and my potential boss. They asked behavioral questions and about my daily tasks in my current job. The third round was in-person and I met with six team members. This felt like a vibe check to see if I'd fit in with the team. The team meet-and-greet felt the most professional. I heard back a week later that they chose someone else. They gave me feedback on why I wasn't selected. The process was pleasant because they communicated well.
