Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lockton Companies.
Manager
The interview process felt rushed, and the interviewer seemed distracted. While the people were nice, the room was stuffy. The atmosphere felt a bit cliquey and slightly off-putting. In general, people didn't seem sincere.
- Can you share an instance where you made an error?
Bid Manager
Started with a call with HR to see if I was a good fit. Then had an online interview with the department head, which included general questions and some scenario-based ones.
- Do you have any project management experience?
Senior Client Manager
It was a thorough process, not a quick turnaround on the formal proposal. We went through extensive face-to-face interviews. They made sure both parties were comfortable with their decision to proceed. Overall, it was a pleasant process and I did not feel rushed.
- In what kind of office culture do you thrive?
