First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Lockton Companies.
Due Diligence Analyst
The interview process involved three main stages. First, there was an HR Phone Call for about 20-30 minutes to go over my resume, career goals, and salary expectations. Then, I had an Online Interview with a VP via video call, which lasted 45-60 minutes and covered my technical skills, experience, and behavioral questions. Finally, the Last Round was an onsite interview (could be in-person or virtual) with a VP and a Partner, which was a half-day or full-day event. This round included a technical deep dive or case study, cultural fit questions, strategic thinking discussions, and a partner interview focusing on long-term vision. Remember to research the company, practice questions, ask good questions, and dress professionally for the onsite.
- Can you share your greatest strength and your biggest weakness?
Analyst
The interview process had 3 rounds, all pretty quick. The first round was with HR, the second with the team, and the third round was usually with the head of the team or a partner. Everything went pretty seamlessly and was straightforward. Communication throughout the whole process was good too.
- Which Lockton values are most important to you?
Summer Analyst
It was a standard behavioral interview, then a Microsoft Office assessment. The interviewer was quite friendly, and a colleague joined for part of it.
