The first interview was a standard process. It was a Zoom call where they explained the job and I told them about my current role. We both asked questions. When I asked about the salary range for the position, they were hesitant to provide it, being evasive. I would have understood if they said they didn't know or that the manager would share it later, but they just didn't want me to know. I received a request for a second interview but was never sent an invite or a specific time. I followed up, but there was no response?? It's either the holiday lag or just completely disorganized.

Behavioral

The interview process was pleasant and the people were smart and engaging. I thought the team was solid. However, I was told they would get back to me a week after I finished the whole interview process. It has been 3 weeks, and I finally got a call from HR. HR left a message for me to call back in regards to my interview. I left them a message, and they have been radio silent since. The team was very nice, but HR is unprofessional. A formal email or voicemail rejection would have sufficed. Being unresponsive after they reached out to me first is unacceptable.

The first part of the in-person interview involved a 100-question timed assessment focused on pattern recognition. This was followed by a panel interview with 3 current/previous Associate Account Managers and the 6 other candidates interviewing for the role. After the panel, which lasted about 1.5 hours, there was a short tour and then dinner with the interviewers and candidates. The next morning, I interviewed with 4+ higher-ups, including COOs. This intense, 30-minute interview featured difficult questions and numerous follow-ups. I got an offer call less than an hour later and had a month to decide. It was a really fast process, and I learned a ton from everyone.
