The interview process was pretty straightforward. There were 4 interviews in total, including one with the HR Business Partner and three with different people from the department. The whole thing lasted about a month. Since it's an entry-level role, there weren't any technical questions. They mostly asked standard behavioral questions and just generally tried to get to know me.

I interviewed for 3 positions during my visit. The first position I was overqualified for and two of the interviewers didn't show up. The second position was the one I got, and that was an informal, behavioral-based interview. The third position I was underqualified for, and we both knew it from the start.

The interviews were conducted over the phone. There were two interviews, each asking general questions about me and my previous work experience. The questions were meant to get to know me better and weren't too difficult. The people I spoke with were very friendly and seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say.
