I applied online on Oct 1st and got sent a video interview and assessment with games on Oct 9. I waited to do it and submitted my VI on Oct 14. I got a TBNT in my profile on the 15th. I think I didn't look at the camera or smile enough. The assessment had pictures in sets of 2, and I had to choose the one closest to my personality. I think I answered what I thought they wanted instead of being myself. I realized later they do want creativity, but I should have answered from the heart. After the assessment, there were 3 games where you had to repeat letters/numbers and choose matching shapes.

It was a pretty straightforward process. They asked a lot about customer service and working with others. It involved an online test, a virtual interview, an in-person interview, and a drug test before they extended an offer. Just a heads-up, you might have to work late sometimes if a flight is delayed, but they'll tell you all about that from the start.

First, we screen your application and resume. Then, there's a technical screening which might include scenario-based or problem-solving questions. After that, you'll have a practical/hands-on assessment, like CTF-style labs, code review, or a pentest simulation. Finally, there's a round usually with leadership or a hiring manager.

The whole process took about 3.5 weeks. The first round was with a recruiter, asking standard behavioral questions. The second round was with a manager and it was really weird. They showed up 15 minutes late AND took a phone call during the interview. (I would have left for any other company, but this was my dream company). I got an auto-rejection email with no feedback two weeks later. In retrospect, it feels like I wasn't even taken seriously and I wonder what was really going on.
