Operations Manager
The interview process moved really fast and was very direct. Unfortunately, I didn't get the job, and I wasn't given any specific reasons why, even though I felt I had a lot of experience and the interview went well.
- Could you share your strengths and weaknesses?
Supervisor
The interview was conducted over Microsoft Teams and lasted 40 minutes. I spoke with the department manager and recruiter, and the interaction was pleasant. The recruiter asked most of the questions but seemed unfamiliar with the department, leading to some misunderstandings of my responses.
- Describe a situation where you had to manage an emotional scenario.
Operations Manager
I got an email for a first phone call. Talked to the recruiter about the job and what they were looking for. They said they'd let me know about what's next. Took a couple weeks to hear back. Then I interviewed with the hiring manager. That part was a bit longer, interviewing with a few leaders at different times.
- Can you share examples from your past work in customer service?
