It was a pretty straightforward process. They asked a lot about customer service and working with others. It involved an online test, a virtual interview, an in-person interview, and a drug test before they extended an offer. Just a heads-up, you might have to work late sometimes if a flight is delayed, but they'll tell you all about that from the start.

It was a two on one interview, very well organized and there was an equal lay out between skill-based questions and personality-based questions. Overall, it was challenging, however, challenging in a good way.

I applied online and heard back about a week later about a virtual interview. It was over the phone, and I had to answer 5 questions after looking at them. Then I had to call a number to record my answers. About a week after that, I got an email for a face-to-face interview. There were other applicants, and we listened to a presentation about JetBlue. We all had to introduce ourselves, say why we wanted to work there, and share a fun fact. After a 10-minute break, they called us in for one-on-one interviews in pairs.
