I got a call for a Marketing Coordinator job. The first call with HR was kinda dry and I got drilled on JetBlue's structure and products. Then the hiring manager asked some background questions. A week later, I had an in-person interview scheduled for 1 hour with 2 people, but it ended up being over 2 hours with 4 people plus the recruiter. That was pretty awkward because they asked old behavioral questions that didn't fit the job, and I didn't learn much about the company. Two people I met were new and couldn't say much about the role. The other two didn't seem to get the job I was interviewing for, and one complained a lot. The JetBlue team didn't seem super happy or confident, and they had unrealistic expectations about my knowledge of their business.

I went through 4 rounds of interviews. The questions were pretty standard, focusing on my past experiences and asking me to describe specific situations. HR called me to let me know I didn't get the job, which initially felt like an offer was coming.

I applied online and heard back a week later for a phone screen. Another week after that, I had an in-person interview. I received an offer about two and a half weeks following that.
