First, the hiring manager reached out. Then, I had three rounds of technical interviews. The people were really nice, and I felt like a great fit for the role, but unfortunately, I didn't get the offer.

Applied online and got a call from a recruiter about a week later for a quick 10-minute chat. Then, I had an in-person interview the next week. It was about 2 hours long and I met with three people from the FP&A team, including the hiring manager, and the senior recruiter. The recruiter asked me some standard HR questions. I felt it went well and I learned a lot about the job, plus they asked me tons of questions about my background and some behaviorals. It seemed like a good experience overall. However, five weeks went by and I never heard back, not even a rejection email. I've followed up twice over three weeks and haven't gotten a response, which is pretty unprofessional and rude, especially since I had to rearrange things at my current job to make the interview happen.
