Technical Coding System Design Behavioral

So basically, Generative AI is kinda like a system that just makes new stuff, text, images, whatever, based on what it's already seen. It's reactive, you know? Agentic AI, though, that's the next level. It's proactive. It actually thinks, plans, and can use other tools to get things done all by itself. Generative AI gives you one answer, but Agentic AI is like an actual agent that can go online, use a calculator, and do a whole bunch of steps.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you explain Generative AI as a "reactive" system for creating content based on learned patterns from a prompt, and contrast it with Agentic AI as a "proactive" evolution that uses reasoning to plan, interact with tools, and execute multi-step goals autonomously, noting that Generative AI provides a single answer while Agentic AI acts as an "agent" capable of web browsing and using a calculator?

The interview process was pretty structured and professional. I applied online, then HR reached out for an initial chat to check my availability and internship details. The HR person was good at explaining the role, how long the internship would be, and the pay. After that, I had a technical chat with the hiring team. They asked about my studies, my basic engineering knowledge, and if I was keen on engineering operations. The questions were mostly basic, aimed at seeing if I was eager to learn, how I approach problems, and my general attitude, not really deep technical stuff. Overall, it was a smooth, open, and decent process. HR kept me informed, and I got feedback in a reasonable time.

Technical Coding

The interview process involved a technical screen where I was asked about my familiarity with design patterns. I have experience with several, including Singleton, Factory, and Observer. As an example, I used the Singleton pattern in a previous project to manage a configuration manager, ensuring only one instance was active. This helped reduce resource usage and kept the application's state consistent across different parts.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • I am familiar with several design patterns, including Singleton, Factory, and Observer.
  • For instance, I implemented the Singleton pattern to ensure a single instance of a configuration manager was accessible throughout the application.
  • This reduced resource consumption and maintained a consistent state across different modules.
