CAD Engineer
It was a good experience overall. They mainly focused on coding because CAD requires coding. They first conducted a test, and then shortlisted some students for interviews. It was a great experience. They asked questions on C and Python, and also there were two roles.

Engineer
It was a great and very fair interview process. They asked a lot of questions about my past experience, and also about my desire to work on cutting-edge tech. They also asked where I would like to see myself in the next five years.
- What types of projects did you enjoy working on?
- Tell me about your previous projects.
- Are you interested in working with cutting-edge technology?
Product Engineer
I'm a former employee considering rejoining, as I'm familiar with the work environment and colleagues. However, the low offer from HR made me regret this consideration. I previously left due to concerns about modest compensation and limited promotion opportunities. My expectation was that my recent experience elsewhere, combined with my prior tenure at Infineon, would positively influence the offer. To my disappointment, it felt like I was pleading for the position. I had hoped things would be different this time. Curiously, the HR representative extended the offer via SMS from a personal phone number. On a more positive note, the discussion with the hiring manager went well. We covered my past duties at Infineon, my current work setup, and the potential career progression for the role.
- Can you elaborate on your responsibilities in your previous role at Infineon?
- Describe your current work model.
- What are the long-term career prospects associated with this new position?
