The interview process had 2 stages. The first interview was with the hiring manager online where we talked about myself, my past experience, the role, and expectations from both sides. The second interview was on-site with the manager, HR partner, and head of the department. We went over different parts of my CV, they asked me to detail what I would do in the new role, and discuss the differences between agile and waterfall methodologies. The overall experience was really positive and everyone was super friendly and respectful, making me excited about joining the team and working for such a great company. I'd definitely recommend this interview process to other candidates.
