I had an interview remotely in early December, but the manager didn't show up. I followed up with HR, and they told me he was out of office until January. I rescheduled, and the interview lasted 10 minutes. It seemed like I was a good fit, and they said they'd get back to me, but I heard nothing. I followed up again mid-February, and they said I was still being considered and they'd respond after finishing other interviews. Still, I heard nothing. On March 17th (three months after the interview), I got an automated email saying I wasn't selected based on an online test, which I never took. This whole process was frustrating, especially being ghosted.

The organization of this interview process was really poor, in my honest opinion. The recruiter called me twice and forgot she had already spoken to me before. I received the same email from two different recruiters, and they sent the same information three times. The hiring manager came off as rude and didn't seem to care about what I said when answering her questions. I didn't fit in at all, and it gave me a really negative impression overall.

The interview process started with two phone screenings with HR, each lasting about 10-15 minutes, which were pretty standard. After that, there was a longer interview with the Line Manager and HR, lasting 45 minutes to an hour. This started with typical HR questions and behavioral questions, then moved into an interesting discussion with the line manager. The process was slow initially, taking almost a month between the first and second HR calls. However, after the second phone screening, things sped up, with the interview and offer coming through in about 10 days.

Behavioral Case Presentation
First, a quick phone chat with HR to check your real interest in the role and see if you meet the basic requirements. Then, an interview with the manager, mostly to discuss your experience, motivation, and interest in the role and the company. It's all pretty standard, just to get to know you better, no tricky questions. Finally, you'll present a case study (they send you a practical case about 2 days beforehand and you present it in a 15-min PPT) and answer questions about it. In all interviews, they asked questions in both Spanish and English since the team is global.
