Product Engineer
First they call you for a brief intro and to tell you about your resume. Then, about two weeks later, they schedule a Teams meeting with your future manager to clarify doubts and get to know each other. As a final stage, you have an in-person interview with this same manager and HR.

It was a pretty chill interview process, not too stiff or heavy on technical stuff. They asked some behavioral questions about how I handle organization and everyday tasks. It's important to know about the company and what it's trying to achieve. Even though it's an internship, there were quite a few interviews, like at least three or more.

So, first ADP reached out and asked some basic questions. Then, I had a panel interview over the phone. After that, I did an onsite interview. And then, there was another panel interview on the phone. They kept asking the same questions over and over, which was super frustrating and felt like a waste of time, especially since you have your current job to focus on too.
